Should you be dissatisfied with the Promo Prize Wheel product line for any reasons, please contact@promoprizewheel.com by e-mail within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Upon returning the product (s) for a refund, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. If the return has voided the warranty, a replacement part will only be available for repurchase at a discount. Credits will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Promo Prize Wheel products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship and we agree to repair or replace any product that proves defective for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty may be enforced only by the original retail customer and is not transferable. Alteration, repair, or attempted repair of the unit by anyone not authorized will void this warranty. Damage resulting from shipment is not covered (claims for shipping damage must be presented to the shipper).

Sole liability for any defective product is limited to, at our option, the repair or replacement of the unit. Promo Prize Wheel shall not be liable for any other damages, whether incidental, consequential, or damages based upon inconvenience, loss of the use of the unit, loss of time or otherwise. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

CAUTION:
Promo Prize Wheel products are made of plastic and will not withstand temperatures exceeding 110 degrees for a period greater than one (1) hour. Do not leave the products in a location where it is subject to extremely hot temperatures. Your improper use and storage may void the warranty. Returns and repairs are at the descretion of Promo Prize Wheel.

• Leave the prize wheel in any heated storage area
• Leave the prize wheel near any heated pipes
• Leave the prize wheel near or close to heating elements
• Leave the prize wheel near hot air vents
• Leave the prize wheel in an attic space
• Leave the prize wheel in the back of a car or van when not in use, even if it is in a travel case.
  
  Once the prize wheel has incurred slight damage, it is impossible to achieve a smooth spin. Treat your prize wheel as if it is a delicate tool.

CLAIMS:
Inspect all cartons/products immediately upon receipt for visible and/or concealed damages. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 15 days after receipt of shipment or the claim will be denied. Please email customer service dept with any questions about handling claims.

SHIPPING:
We will ship within (2) business days after receipt of your order from Atlanta, GA. Same Day Shipping is available for orders received by 10am EST. Please contact us 770.226.4597 to arrange rush delivery. Rush Delivery may include additional charges.
